ChatWun's Messenger channel connects a Facebook page so that the AI answers the page's Messenger chats in Burmese, English or Thai from the business's own handbook, and hands anything it cannot answer to the business's staff. It is included from the Pro plan, and the ChatWun team connects the page for the business on request, usually within one to two days. Replying to Facebook comments as private messages, and Instagram direct messages, are not available yet.
What it does
- Answers your page's Messenger chats in Burmese, English or Thai from your handbook, within seconds.
- Hands anything it cannot answer to your staff, in the same inbox as your other channels, with the whole conversation attached.
- Tells customers at the start that they are talking to the shop's AI, because Meta requires it. Any customer who asks for a person gets one.

How to get it
- 1Open a Messenger counter in your dashboard.Counters → Open a counter → Messenger. It is there on the Pro plan and up.
- 2Send us your page link and your Viber number.We ask for page admin access on that number. Nothing to install, no token to paste.
- 3We connect it and tell you.Usually within 1–2 days, by Viber. Then send your page a message and watch it answer.
Worth knowing
- Facebook only lets a page reply within 24 hours of the customer's last message. After that the customer has to write first, and ChatWun tells you when a reply could not be sent.
- Facebook has been blocked in Myanmar since 2021, so some customers reach your page less easily than Telegram or Viber. Many shops answer on Messenger and Telegram side by side.
- Not available yet: replying to comments on your posts as private messages, and Instagram direct messages. Both need Meta's approval of ChatWun's own app.
