ChatWun answers customers on Viber through a Viber bot connected to your account. Because Rakuten Viber charges a monthly fee for every bot, Viber is included in ChatWun's Max plan rather than the cheaper ones, and the ChatWun team sets the bot up and connects it for you on request.
Why Viber costs more
Telegram bots are free to run. Viber bots are not: Viber charges a fixed monthly fee for each business bot, which on its own is more than a whole Starter plan. Rather than price every plan as if everyone used Viber, we put it on the Max plan, where the fee is covered. Nothing else about the way it works is different.
Ask for it
- 1Open a Viber counter in your dashboard.Counters → Open a counter → Viber. It is there on the Max plan.
- 2Tell us the bot's name and your Viber number.Use your shop's name; it is what customers see. We send the bot's details to your number.
- 3We set it up and connect it.Usually within 1–2 days, and we tell you on Viber when it is ready. Message the bot from your own Viber to watch it answer.

Not ready for Max yet?
Start on Telegram and the shop link. Post the shop link in your Viber community or in your replies: it opens a chat page that answers exactly like the bot would, and needs no bot at all. Many shops run that way for months before adding Viber.
